Stuart A. Cohn

A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Stu holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Certified Public Accountant Certificate. Stu has extensive experience in private practice and as corporate general counsel. He served as Executive Vice President/General Counsel for Web Street, Inc., a publicly held (Nasdaq-NMS) company that was acquired by E*Trade Financial Corp. Stu participates in national and local charitable organizations, and currently serves as Board Chair of the Cook County Forest Preserve Foundation. He has served on the boards of Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago; the American Society for Technion, Camping & Education Foundation; and the American Youth Soccer Organization. Stu concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate law and exempt organizations.
